Getting in

Open the link your producer sent you, or open the app and enter your six-character code. There is no account to create. Production team members sign in through the Team door with their work email.

"This link isn't active" or "Access expired"

The production team reissued the project's code, which retires every earlier link and code on purpose. Ask your producer for the current one.

The app looks stuck

Tap the small build stamp in the bottom-right corner five times. A Diagnostics panel opens with a Copy for support button; paste what it copies into an email to us. If the screen is stuck before you can reach the stamp, reopen your link with ?diag=1 added at the end and the panel opens on its own.

Notifications

The app sends exactly one kind of push: something is waiting on your review. Turn notifications off any time in iOS Settings; the YOUR MOVE strip in the app always shows the same thing.

Schedule in your own calendar

Schedule, then Add schedule to my calendar, subscribes your calendar app to the live schedule. When the production updates, your calendar follows.
